CashspotUSA is currently seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google inventory.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in digital marketing and media buying, preferably with experience in managing campaigns in the US in the finance, or lending industry. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead, manage, and refine digital advertising campaigns predominantly on Google Search, while also leveraging other related Google platforms.
• Deep dive into campaign analytics to derive data-backed decisions, ensuring optimal ROI and the realization of campaign objectives.
• Govern advertising budgets with a readiness to manage substantial funds, potentially scaling up to $100k on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to craft compelling ad content tailored for Google’s audience, aiming for heightened engagement.
• Remain at the forefront of Google’s advertising developments, tools, and techniques, constantly seeking innovative strategies for advancement.
• Cultivate and nurture partnerships with key Google Ads representatives and other stakeholders, maximizing the benefits of the platform.
• Relay campaign insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, laying the groundwork for future Google-centric endeavors.
• Develop intricate models of ad buying on Google to foster the growth of specific verticals and enhance our market presence.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
• Google Ads Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and other related Google platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experince in performance marketing teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as GA, GTM, etc.
