Google Marketing & Analytics Specialist (Finance Vertical)

About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Google Marketing & Analytics Specialist to lead all aspects of our Google ecosystem setup and optimization for CashSpotUSA, a U.S.-based financial marketplace.

This role involves launching Google infrastructure from the ground up — from GA4 and GTM implementation to campaign management and performance optimization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Search Console from scratch.
  • Implement and verify postback pixels for tracking conversions and accurate Conversion Value reporting.
  • Manage and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns — including keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, and targeting.
  • Create comprehensive reports on user behavior, engagement, and cohort performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and high bounce-rate points within the conversion funnel.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads and Analytics updates, trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend and integrate complementary tools to improve ROI, engagement, and user retention.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure cohesive tracking and performance insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience setting up and managing Google Ads and GA4 for the Finance vertical (personal loans, banking, fintech, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Finance compliance, U.S. advertising regulations, and Google’s Financial Services policy.
  • Strong analytical mindset — ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with tracking tools and attribution models.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of affiliate or lead generation tracking.
  • Experience improving ROAS/ROI through data-driven decision-making.
